Interview process is relatively concise. Consists of a phone call, a video interview, assessment test, and an in-person interview. Company is a great environment for young professionals looking to join a fast-growing company with a great culture.

What work experience do you have that could translate to the skills required to excel at this job?
There is a pre interview test that will be sent to you after applying. From there I interviewed with HR, and then scheduled a final interview with a director and manager from my department.

Online Assessments testing various things (Math questions, English Questions, Excel Questions, etc). Then moves to interviews with one of the Managers and another member of the team asking questions about your experience and yourself.

Fue un proceso primero en español y luego un preguntas básicas para analizar el nivel de ingles. Sumamente amigable tanto la HR como el miembro del equipo entrevistando. Es buena impresión si uno muestra intereses por el trabajo en equipo.
