Application Process:
Candidates submit their applications online through the Infosys careers page or through campus recruitment drives.
Aptitude Test:
This usually includes sections on quantitative ability, logical reasoning, verbal ability, and sometimes, programming skills. The test is conducted online and serves to filter candidates based on their basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
Technical Interview:
Candidates who pass the aptitude test are typically called for a technical interview. This can involve questions related to programming languages (like Java, C++, Python), data structures, algorithms, databases, and sometimes domain-specific knowledge. Problem-solving questions or coding exercises can be included as well.
HR Interview:
The final interview is usually with an HR representative. This interview focuses on assessing the candidate’s fit with the company culture, communication skills, career aspirations, and motivations. Questions may revolve around past experiences, strengths and weaknesses, and situational behavioral questions.
