SO MUCH. I applied and within a few days received a request to do some supplemental question responses. (Honestly, not sure why they don't just have people do this part in their cover letter.) Some days after that, I received a request to do a test project with the client database they use called AirTable. It wasn't particularly well-designed and, as usual, candidates were not compensated in the slightest for their time even though it took at least an hour. About two weeks later, I had a Zoom/Teams interview with two staffers and one of the attorneys. The questions from the attorney were so odd. Rather than ask about my skills and experience, it felt like most of the questions were along the lines of, "You wouldn't do THIS (whatever mistake) thing would you?" It was pretty easy to see what working with her would be like...negative and micromanaging.
