Interview
The process was very well structured. I was initially interviewed on the phone then after 2 days was invited in for a face to face interview. Most questions asked were situational based. The employer wanted to know how I will react in certain situations. The interview lasted for an hour or so. The interviewer asked me to provide my references. A week after that I was hired.
