" These will be treated as product thinking questions, not constructive feedback questions. 2. Online coding test. Automated codility-like. Very basic. Just a little attention and you're good. 3. Face to face coding test. They'll send you the task and sourcecode 1 day before. You must familiarise with it in advance otherwise instant fail on the interview. Again nothing hard here. But beware of the interviewer: once they pointed at critical part of code and said "it's not important" when i tried to change it. If you explain what you're doing while coding thats a bonus point :) This will be conducted by one person. 4. Face to face interview: technical questions will go along with "why do you want to join spartez" alike. Hardest part. No coding here. 2 people conducting, both engineers.
