3 step interview process. Typically starts with a very casual meet & greet with one or two team leads, whereafter a couple of the team members sit down and ask you some questions related to your experience and CV. Finally a challenging, but very problem-solving, technical interview.

Very chilled interview for the first round and more technical in the second round where they find out what your technical skill level is. The first round is more to find out who you are.
