GD: 1. Should extra mile effort be employee choice or organisational expectation. 2. Is E-ship innate or developed via systems and culture. This wasn't a eliminating round. Each topic was discussed for 10 min. Each participant had to participate in two GD. So my group first discussed the first topic and then the next one. Interview process: There were two round. One was technical round with the hr and technical head (in my case marketing head). The second round was taken by the director.
