Interview
GD:
1. Should extra mile effort be employee choice or organisational expectation.
2. Is E-ship innate or developed via systems and culture.
This wasn't a eliminating round. Each topic was discussed for 10 min. Each participant had to participate in two GD. So my group first discussed the first topic and then the next one.
Interview process:
There were two round. One was technical round with the hr and technical head (in my case marketing head). The second round was taken by the director.

3. Your strength and weakness
4. How would you decide how to enter a new market
5. what do you know about the company, products and job?
Questions by the interviewer:
1. A branding framework.
2. What is the difference between value and perceived value?
3. A lot of questions from my previous work ex
Written aptitude test you have to finish in one hour and Personal Interview questions were most about the job and past work. Written test is unnecessarily too much demanding and with lot of calculation, it is like not much relevant in times of technology

It was based on ambition, communication and approach to handle tasks. Your interest to work in dynamic environment and challenging situation. 3 rounds of interviews and you might be asked to prepare a business plan at the moment . Analytical skills can be tested
