Application process through email using cover letter and resume, covering key experiences and how these relate to the role (including academic strengths and relevant experiences working or mentoring students). If successfol, a quick phone interview was conducted to assess overall communication skills. An in-person interview was then arranged where the questions were focused around behavioural questions such as describing certain times when certain circumstances have occurred, and how you dealt with them.
