Spencer West interview questions

I had an initial phone call from a solicitor in the property team. They asked me about previous experience and skills that I had. The phone call was rushed and because they weren’t listening properly, they disregarded my skillset which fit the role. They didn’t give me a chance at all and the fact that they weren’t paying attention to what I was saying was not nice to experience.
