I was met by the then store manager from Oakbrook. He was very professional and easy going. What I liked best is he was very pragmatic and fun. He took me to the back, his energy and enthusiasm for the brand made you excited to be there. He asked very basic questions. Here is the tricky part though, if you show you have experience and are willing to learn, as well as answer with confidence and experience, it easily turns the interview from a basic sales associate interview, into a keyholder interview; that's a 2 dollar jump in pay.
