Sphere Partners interview questions

The interview process was well-structured. I went through 3 stages: screening, tech task, and the interview with hiring managers, and then I received an offer. The tech task was quite challenging and interesting. During the interview, mostly standard questions were asked, but some of them made me think. The final decision took just over a week, but I was informed about such timelines in advance.

I did the first interview with the HR, and it went all good, so i got to the second interview. The second interview also went quite well, but i did not hear back from them and even when asking for a feedback, no replies. Then after more than a month i got scheduled the third interview with the CEO and another manager. I thought it went good, but you know, you never know. And the issue is, that with Sphere you really never know. The managers told me they will let me know much sooner for the results than previously. (waited more than a month) After a week, the HR wrote me asking to have urgent interview same day, and i immediately replied that i am available just to let me know the time. And i did not hear back....next day i wrote again for any update, and she replied to me to reschedule for tomorrow, as she is getting mixed updates. Confusing....though i never heard back from them. I asked for updates, and feedback but nothing. I am ok with not being selected, i am not ok with this type of treatment, and not having any feedback after 4 months of interview process. Not recommended!
