I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Spin.AI (Los Angeles, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
The initial interview process was great and seamless. I did 3 interviews in the span of like a month and a half which is pretty standard. The Recruiter seemed pretty transparent and communicative. The interviews were pretty quick and straightforward. However what made it horrible is I finished my final interview in December waited about 4 months almost before hearing whether I would be getting the offer or not. Had it not been because I was pretty persistent with my followups, they would've probably ghosted me after all the interviews. I understand it's a startup but the company gives off messy vibes if they're making candidates wait months after the final interview. Very negative experience because of this.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for Spin?
Do you have experience in startups?
What is KPI's have you been measured in in previous jobs?
I would have left a neutral interview response had the recruiter followed up with me in the stated time timeframe. However, in light of this, there are two other negatives to highlight which include below average compensation, and having to go to the Glendale office 3 days a week.
