The people in spini were energtic.
The CEO was amazing .He himself spent time with,asking so many question. His speech was good and motivating too.

Interview
The interview process involved a telephonic conversation with the head of engineering. The type of questions that were asked checked my background in data analytics as I was applying for that profile. Then, the kind of work that will be involved was elaborated. After that, a face to face interview was held at the Chennai office. In this interview, general questions about my background were asked.

Interview
It was more like a coffee talk than an interview, which made me more comfortable and i loved the open office space which is more transparent and more of a healthy work culture.
I liked the way the employees been treated with more respect and they're more like a family than an organization which really inspired me to accept the offer.
I'm a proud Spinion now.
