      Quality Assurance Analyst Interview

      I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Spirit Airlines (Miramar, FL) in Feb 2016

      Interview

      I received a call but was unable to answer the phone. I returned the call within 15 minutes and left a message. Called again the following day and left another message. Never received a return call until 3 weeks later. Was invited for an interview and a secured location and was given 2 names/numbers to call upon arrival. I arrived 15 minutes prior to the interview and neither of the contacts were available. Left a detailed message with my contact number for both. Tried again 15 minutes later. Still voice mail. A gentleman saw me standing out in the heat so he offered to assist. He reached the hiring manager who offered no apology for leaving me waiting. In fact, she told me she "popped her head out and didn't see me". She then escorted me to a tiny room and asked about the job I applied for and asked if the recruiter mentioned salary and I confirmed she had not. She told me the starting salary was 27k - It's a shame that the recruiter never mentioned such as this horrible debacle was a complete waste of my time.
