I applied online. I interviewed at Sports Direct (Glasgow, Scotland) in June 2015
Interview
Very relaxed, was offered the job on the spot. In a very confined space. Questions were basic. Gave me the impression that I had the job before I turned up and it was just a formality. Explained that it was zero hours and asked how I felt about that. I wasn't too pleased but I didn't tell him that. The manager was nice.
I interviewed at Sports Direct (Guildford, England)
Interview
It was easy. Was asked some question about myself then about some past work history and if I would be willing to work in a fast paced environment. I was given a question to sell subscriptions and add-ons in live scenario
Casual chat, simple, nothing difficult, straightforward questions, mainly wanting someone with good availability, good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, outgoing and a people's person.
Very relaxed, chilled and jokey overall experience.
