Difficult interview
Application
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Springer Nature
Interview
I applied for the position, and it took a month to get a response. I then had an HR interview and a 2-hour test including reading two papers and making desicions on whether they were suitable for publication. Then there was a final-round interview which was 2.5 hours, including an additional test and discussion of the previous test. I was told I could expect to hear back in a week, especially as I had been made another offer, however, a month after the interview and 3 months after my initial application I've heard nothing (despite follow-ups).
