Super lengthy process: 30 min screening call; 30 min video call with hiring manager; 30 minute video calls with 5 separate team members; take home assignment; presentation to the panel Feedback for candidates: the recruiters at block only seem to care about their placement quota. If you do not get selected, they will send a "no reply" email. Even if you email the recruiter, asking for insights/feedback, they won't bother to respond at all. So make to be careful with how much effort you put into this hiring process.

The interview process was very straightforward and concise. There were 2-3 rounds of interviews with back to back interviews on one day. The back to back interviews were great to get out the way, but it took a good chunk of time.
