The interview process is streamlined and systematized. A headhunter reached out to me via LinkedIn and helped me set up a technical interview through another referred contact person. First interview was a technical interview right away.

Explain the difference of let and var, sync and async.
Hiring staff made us take coding exam on their web platform, and after passing that they also gave us a one month project. Checkpoint meetings were done per week but ultimately after going through all that work, was left hanging.
