Long turnaround time (3 months in between first and second interview), HR ghosts your questions and follow-ups, HR randomly calls without preamble or appointments, asking immediately for availability and other documents, HR did not seem to be respectful or accommodating and gave off the vibe that there's no negotiation allowed.

Applicants were asked to answer an assessment exam that took around 20 minutes. After that, we were called one by one or by twos for the interview. The interview was very easy. I think it's because I was technically accepted already and the interview was just for formality.
