Easy interview. Questions relating to experience as a barista and working behind a cash register. I didn't prepare much but came with a lot of personality. I was hired the next week and worked there all of college. Loved it.

I applied on-line. I received interviews at two different locations. At the first location, the store manager and a mananger in training sat down with me for a coffee tasting. The manager in training was reading everything verbatim from a manual. Both interviewers asked lots of behavioral interview questions.
