Pretty smooth. Had one interview with the ASM and one with the SM. Basic interview questions. Situational and behavioural. Study basic questions found online and you will be okay. They want to see you are good with customers and communication.

Easy interview. Questions relating to experience as a barista and working behind a cash register. I didn't prepare much but came with a lot of personality. I was hired the next week and worked there all of college. Loved it.
I applied online to a bunch of Starbucks and only one got back to me. Interview is usually at Starbucks. One interview, typically lasts 30 minutes to 1 hour. Typically with District Manager or Store Manager. All they really want to know is what kind of personality you have
