Staten Solar interview questions

Applied on LinkedIn. Staten Solar was very quick to review and respond to my application. After a phone screen interview, we scheduled an on-site interview, during which I had a chance to do a panel interview, and a series of 1:1 interviews. After the interviews, I followed up a couple of times, and eventually was told they did not have the budget to hire at the moment. Everyone seemed very genuine and passionate about what they do.

Hiring is done by USA team via e-mails and Telephones following by an assignment of work done at the company for checking your ability and skills and then a panel interview on phone.
