SteadyRain does not require a drug test as part of our interview process. We do, for some candidates, require a learning agility and personality test and, for most candidates, we request that they complete an active-thinking homework exercise that is modeled against the specific position for which they are applying. This is our, unique, way of ensuring that we only hire the best and the brightest that interview with us.
