I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stemline Therapeutics (New York, NY) in June 2025
Interview
Intro call --> Interview with manager --> Multiple 1:1s with corporate stakeholders. Took about 1 month from start to finish.
Interviews were conversational and very open ended, not too structured. Most conversations revolved around how I thought I could help the team automate and scale their workflows with AI. Almost no direct technical questions except in one of the interviews.
Unresponsive to follow up emails, no formal rejection.

Question 1
Explain how you can speed up and scale with AI a marketing material approval workflow that currently has long lead times?
the entire experience lasted 5 months, 5 rounds of interviews, HM would just keep going. The feeling was weak leadership, slowness in the process and zero follow up. I also found out the HM for that position has just left the company. Horrible experience from the candidate standpoint, all the rumors about Menarini Stemline are true.

Question 1
question were all pretty basic and targeted on my previous experience. Not a one chance to talk science / medicine.
Brief, but impactful! I only made it to the first round of the interview process, but I'm happy with where the conversation led. They asked great questions and wanted to learn more about me.
