I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Sterling Administration
Interview
First interview was over the phone with a VP. It was very conversational and easy going. No pressure. The second interview was with the same VP and head of Human Resources over Zoom. The questions were a little more difficult but nothing that a prepared candidate couldn't handle. There were not very many questions of the "Tell me about a time..." variety, which surprised me.
