The process took 1 week, interview was with general manager and the partner with two other partners sitting at the back doing their work. The interview started great however they amount of questions that you need to answer seem like you are getting interviewed for senior solicitor position rather than legal assistant. The partners will automatically make you feel like you don’t deserve this role and will question your employability history if it was changing rapidly in different sectors. They also do social media check so be prepared to provide you details of your social media accounts.
