The interview process at Stitch & Feather was very smooth. I went through two rounds of interviews at two separate locations. The questions asked were all normal sales associate questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Stitch & Feather in June 2020
Interview
The interview process was a nightmare. I applied online and they reached out pretty quickly. I was told to meet them at their Seal Beach location the next day. I arrived 10 min early to shop around and talk to the employee there. After waiting for 25 minutes, the employee offered to call the woman I was supposed to interview with (I did not have her contact info, she initially called from a store phone). She apologized and said she went to the wrong store. She offered to facetime later that day, although annoyed, I accept. We agreed on 4pm. She never called. I called the store and asked for her number, I called her, no answer, so I texted. She finally called me at 6:30pm, said sorry and offered to do a phone interview. I agreed and we talked for about 15-20 min. She said she loved me and wanted to meet the owner the next week. She said she would call Monday and if she didn't, to reach out to her. To no surprise, she did not call on Monday, so I reached out Tuesday morning and left a voicemail. Then I was completely ghosted. I texted her phone number recently to check in on the job since it seems like she cant answer phone calls, and I got the response "sorry wrong number." Even though, it is the correct number. Horrible communication.
