Past experience, dealing with difficult situations
Standard set of questions over video conference. Interested in relevant experience as well as a focus on Property. Hiring manager was pretty mid level. Seemed like a fair process and no formal testing or essay.
1st interview was kinda a bit of a skills match and check on what the real core skills needed are it went well enough but the second interview with someone from HR and another department for what I was told was to ensure cultural fit was not great. Late to meeting because they couldn't figure out a meeting room then they were cameras off, hadn't looked at my CV and repeated questions from round one. Really liked the sound of the role and 1st interview person was great but round two was red flags.
