They have a thorough but easy interviewing process. What stood out to me abd made me happy, was that I got compensated to complete a thought-out task. I received amazing feedback and it's a pretty good company even though I didn't get the role

Initial chat describing the role and my suitability. Followed up by a task that was sent to me to analyse some dummy data and create a powerpoint. Then second interview to review the task.
