Positive interviewing technique, interested in employee/company investment, and lenient in required experience. Very honest about upward mobility availability and possibility of after graduation position availability. The interview was in a public place and not very intimidating. Offered a position at the end of the interview but there was confusion about the position I was applying for which was disappointing.
