Assessment Centre after pymetrics-type online assessment. AC was split into 2 rounds. The first round was 2 45 min interviews with managers. If successful, will be given a call to advance to the next round. Second round was with 2 directors/partners. Second round consisted of a written case study, with 15 mins to prepare.
