Was interviewing for a position at their Helsinki Office. Overall, I enjoyed the process. It takes a little longer than with some other firms I interviewed with (three rounds instead of two). Because of the 45-minute duration of the interview, the behavioural part felt a bit short, but almost in every interview, I think it was enough to establish a connection between the interviewer and the interviewee. The cases were challenging yet interesting to solve. The only interview I had bad feelings about was my last interview of the third round. The whole interview felt a bit rushed. The interviewer downloaded my CV only during the interview and started to look at it whilst we spoke. Moreover, he did not introduce himself at the beginning, so it was quite challenging to establish some common grounds and a connection. I felt that a big part of it came from this rush to run through the interview and judge the person in front of you by his CV rather than the actual conversation. Finally, there was no time for questions at the end, which added to that feeling of being in a hurry. To sum up, only one bad interview out of 7 is not too bad.
