3 rounds of interview over a month including a face-to-face session, and despite multiple follow-ups, no update was given to me on the status of my application. This shows poor professionalism of the recruitment process. A company that does not believe in clear and timely communication for maintaining a positive candidate experience is absolutely not worth working for.
