Stratus360 interview questions

After completing the first round, they gave me a case study. I had to customize an org and send them a 10 minuted video explaining how this org will help the business. The third round was a technical interview, they gave me 3 new tasks and 30 minutes to add more features to my org and then an hour interview about what I did, how and why

First a case study is sent where you implement a salesforce app, then you send a demo back to their team. They got back to me in 2 weeks to present the case to an employee. Then another interview with an executive after 3 weeks, then another interview with a partner 2 weeks after that. Interviewers were friendly but whole process was extremely disorganized.
