The company sees itself as a much larger player in the field than it is, which is the source of a lot of the problems here. No long-term company vision to be found. Management seems to view employees as people who are lucky to have a job, not the people keeping their business alive. Underqualified and insecure managers are the standard here, with one exception.
Customer satisfaction comes before common sense and projects will run long to appease every customer need so long as a 5-star review is promised at the end.
Over time employees slowly realize their underpaid and undervalued, and move on to companies with better projects and higher salaries.
