There were two interviewers who interviewed me. Started with questions like introducing oneself and then came to job-specific questions and lastly questions for the interviewers. After each question asked, the interviewer also elaborated more and that helps learn more about the company from a person rather than just the website.

The interview was competency based, with questions around values and behaviours too. HR were slow to engage and update so could be improved. The office is nice and they mentioned a clear desk policy.

Very relaxed interview, friendly staff and lots of information given. ran through company goals and pillars and explained the general business model. HR and higher management present. Explained benefits and day to day feel of the company well
