They will ask you to fill out a short application/questionnaire. 1st interview is with Owner and chef. They will ask you how you work under pressure, if you feel confident cooking a steak, and why you left a previous employer. Then a walk through and will ask what experience you have with various equipment. Informed me there would be a second round of interviews.
