I interviewed at Studio Egret West (London, England)
Interview
Formal interview setting, but friendly and representative of the atmosphere of the practice. Questions were more focused on collaborative working and compatibility with culture than my previous experience (likely due to Part I Role).

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Studio Egret West (London, England) in Mar 2024
Interview
Straight forward, reviewed my portfolio and was given a studio tour. Studio culture is a core part of their company structure, so the interview was informal and down to earth.

Question 1
The interview questions were mostly personality-based and sought to spark conversation i.e., if I like reading and what authors and genres I specifically enjoy.
I applied online. I interviewed at Studio Egret West (London, England) in June 2023
Interview
I always admired their work and wanted to work for them but it all faded away in the interview. The interviewers felt very unfriendly.
They don’t allow for hybrid working and questioned why would I need to do so.
Feels like their office culture is quite rigid and a bit hostile.
