Studio Egret West interview questions

Straight forward, reviewed my portfolio and was given a studio tour. Studio culture is a core part of their company structure, so the interview was informal and down to earth.

I always admired their work and wanted to work for them but it all faded away in the interview. The interviewers felt very unfriendly. They don’t allow for hybrid working and questioned why would I need to do so. Feels like their office culture is quite rigid and a bit hostile.
