I applied in-person. I interviewed at Subway (Pascagoula, MS) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was just like any other, very cut and dry. The asked mainly about experience and which locations I’ve worked in the past. Overall hit was very easy and not hard to get a job since it was an opened manager role.
Easy informal , I applied and was called right away. Went in next day for the interview. I was hired on the spot. I appreciate it they don’t waste your time.
The interviewer asked professional, thoughtful questions and offered helpful advice that really boosted my confidence. I appreciated their communication style, approach, and skills, which made me feel comfortable, supported, and respected throughout the entire interaction.
