First a phone interview, then I came in to meet with the person I would be working directly with, and then i came in a third time to meet with three other team members. What annoyed me about this company and process was that it took several weeks and the last interview with the three other members of the team was a complete joke, they asked me if I would rather eat mashed potatoes or macaroni and cheese. It was confusing, because it felt like such a joke and I was led to believe by HR that I already had the job. When I found out I didn't get it, it was from a standard email from some random person I never met with or coordinated with. It put a really bad taste in my mouth for this company.
