Interview
I was contacted for a phone screening then waited two weeks to hear back which only occurred after I followed up with them asking for any updates. When I did, they emailed asking for an in person interview the following week. Went to the office for a 1 hour interview where at the end they said next steps would be a performance task I would get in up to four days. I followed up after not hearing from them and a week later received an automated email with multiple spelling mistakes saying they went with someone else. The company should be clearer with their intentions, actually follow up with their applicants, and not make the applicant do the majority of the leg work.

They reached out to me, did a phone screen, then a video hirevue type thing, and then I also had to write 2 responses to questions they sent, and then another response based round where I had to draw up a sample lesson plan and also answer another question, and they have the gall to ghost after 3-4 rounds of nonsensical interviewing.
