Interview
There was a pre-interview work assignment and videos to review; really simple though. Group interview style, which later dispersed into smaller groups after an introduction. In those smaller groups, we role-played a teaching scenario all together, one at a time. Afterwards, we were interviewed one-on-one with a recruiter.

Online interview, was presented a question, had a few moments to come up with my answer to camera as it was recorded. I bombed this portion but still moved on. then had an interview with a recruiter, then another with the principal of the school I would be at

Interview
It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.

Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
