I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY) in June 2020
Interview
Ridiculous, doesn’t seem like they value teachers who have professional experience and training ...they want “YES” people. They want people who will just follow along their downward spiraling pattern. You can forget about what you know or what you’ve in STATE examined to know. Strange (IQ) test was given not sure if “everyone” was required to take a timed puzzle/Q&A/ personality test that canNOT determine how well I teach. This is probably a huge detriment for their organization as a way to “sift” through and find the robots they want and need.

I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (New York, NY)
Interview
It was a horrible interview. They asked about how my parents disciplined me as a child and focussed on how comfortable I am with disciplining and punishing kids. It was really just an uncomfortable experience and I did not get a good vibe or positive insight into the organization.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Success Academy Charter Schools (Flatbush, NY)
Interview
Very lengthy group interview. Prepare to be there for 6 hours or more. The first set of interviews is in a group. Once they are interested in you, you will select a location they will send you to that specific location for an interview to meet the principal and staff.
