45 min - 1 hour interview, prework must be completed prior to interview. Interview consisted of a classroom roleplay (3 minute independent reading introduction demo lesson), questions where you discuss your observations and reflections pertaining to the videos and typical interview questions.

The interview was timed online. They give you time to think about your question and then you have to turn on your camera and record yourself. This was the first round interview.

There asked hypothetical questions on teaching methodologies
It was a series of two interviews. One was a group interviews while one was a one on one interview as well as a video that one had to record to answer additional questions
Group interview with behavioral and then also a sample of discipline. We were asked typical behavioral interview style questions like tell me about yourself, name a time you failed. It was kind of awkward because all interviewees would take turn answering. We were not given the opportunity to aak the interviewers any questions
