They have solo and group parts of the interview. It’s a very long process and they make you share out your “teacher voice” during the group interview. The interview seems like if you’re extroverted you’ll get the job but lesson planning or teacher skills aren’t exactly relevant.

I received a random message on LinkedIn from a recruiter. We had a call where they went over interview prep and scheduled the meeting. They asked pretty standard questions. Teaching experience, why teaching and why this specific academy, a time where you dealt with a difficult situation or person, how do you take constructive criticism then a simulated situation where they give you a scenario about ‘difficult’ parents and kids.

The interview is done very quickly, and the questions are to the point. The interviewee should try to answer in a short, precise manner. Confidence is essential for the interview.
