Suger.io interview questions

The process was extremely time-consuming and poorly managed. Over the course of almost a month, they asked me to revise a coding project multiple times without ever giving clear standards or consistent feedback. Instead of providing a straightforward rejection when they were not satisfied, they kept dragging the process and comparing candidates, which felt irresponsible and disrespectful to my time and effort.

Recruiter contacted me for a role. The initial conversation with the recruiter and the team were fairly standard. There will be 2 take-home assignments. The assignments require the integration of new components and third-party API into a complex and undocumented codebase. It was far more than typical take-home and felt closer to unpaid project work which should spent 1~2 sprints for experienced engineers. Also I got ghosted after submitting work and had to follow-up myself to get generic rejection. The overall process felt disrespectful for candidate's time.
