Summit English School interview questions

I applied via email to Summit English. The company first interviewed me via Zoom. This part was mostly the getting to know you questions, learning more about the company, etc. The school then paid for me to take a shinkansen from Nagoya to Kanazawa and provided free accommodation for me in Kanazawa. The second part of the interview consisted of a chat with the owner (pancakes included; this is a family run business) and teaching three lessons. The school gave me time to prep for each class and info for each group of students. In the end I did not take this position, but I would recommend the company if anyone ever came across a job posting. The managers are now my friends, and they are really chill guys.
