Interviewed easily, given job offer next day. Principal and staff over summer very friendly and personable. Asked appropriate questions and made small talk. Given background of school, district, requirements, support.

I as a late hire, since the school year had started one week prior to the interview. Interviewed with principal, then proceeded that day to central office for paperwork. Prior to the interview, I was required to submit application to the Boars of Education.
