Great job with supportive administration and fun lessons

Love my job. At my school, administration is very hands off and lets you support the standards in the best way you see fit. We have been able to do so many fun lessons that promote ELA , Math, Science, and Social Studies standards.

Cons

It's public education. Bureaucracy runs thick at the school level and district level. Seems like the less you do the better the pay.
